Froz was born from a simple frustration: existing apps don't capture what makes a day on the mountain great. I'm Neeve, and I'm building something better.
Why Froz Exists
The best days on the mountain aren't just about the riding — they're about the people you share them with.
I grew up snowboarding at Mountain Creek in New Jersey. It's not the biggest resort, but it's where I learned to ride and where I still spend most of my days on snow. Over the years, I noticed the same frustrations kept coming up.
Losing track of friends after splitting up on the lift. Not remembering how many days I actually rode last season. Having no way to look back and see which runs were worth hitting again. Group chats that go silent once the snow melts.
I looked for an app that solved these problems, but nothing felt right. Some tracked stats but lacked any social element. Others focused on social features but felt clunky and unintuitive. None of them captured the experience of what makes a great day on the mountain.
In September 2025, I decided to build the solution myself.
Froz is designed to do three things well: help you track your days on the mountain, keep you connected with the people you ride with, and give you a reason to push yourself through friendly competition.
I'm building this as a solo founder, which means I can move fast and stay focused on what actually matters to riders. No feature bloat, no corporate roadmap — just a product built by someone who uses it.
