Welcome to Froz® — a social platform for skiers and snowboarders operated by Froz Technologies LLC ("Froz," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility & Age Verification
You must meet the minimum age requirement for your country to use Froz.
Minimum Age by Country:
• 16 years old: Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland
• 15 years old: France, Czech Republic, Greece, Slovenia
• 14 years old: Brazil, South Korea, Italy, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Lithuania
• 13 years old: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and all other countries
During registration, you are required to provide your date of birth and country. If you provide false age or country information, your account may be terminated.
By using Froz, you represent and warrant that you meet the age eligibility requirements for your country and that all information you provide is accurate.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@froz-app.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to disable accounts that we believe have been compromised.
3. User Conduct & Responsibilities
You agree to use Froz responsibly and not engage in:
• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior.
• Posting false, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity.
• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination against other users.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the app.
• Circumventing security measures or access controls.
• Scraping data or using automated tools without permission.
You are responsible for all content you post, including its accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
4. Messaging & Communication
Froz provides messaging features including text and voice memos. When using these features:
• Do not send unsolicited, abusive, or harassing messages.
• Do not share illegal content, explicit material, or spam.
• Respect other users' boundaries and privacy.
• Report inappropriate messages using the in-app reporting feature.
Voice Memos:
• Voice memos require microphone permission, which you can grant or revoke at any time.
• Voice memos are uploaded to our servers and delivered to the recipient(s) in the conversation.
• You are responsible for the content of your voice memos.
We may take action against users who violate these guidelines, including suspending or terminating accounts.
5. Community Meetups & Safety
Froz enables users to organize and join community meetups, including local and international meetups. IMPORTANT:
• Meetups are organized by users, not by Froz.
• You participate in meetups entirely at your own risk.
• Froz is NOT responsible for the conduct of other users at meetups.
• Froz is NOT liable for any injuries, accidents, theft, or damages occurring at meetups.
• Always meet in public places and inform someone of your plans.
• Use your own judgment about safety and trust your instincts.
• Report suspicious or dangerous behavior immediately.
International/Global Meetups: When participating in meetups in other countries, you are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, visa requirements, travel safety, and any associated risks. Froz provides no travel advice, insurance, or assistance for international meetups.
By using the meetup feature, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Froz bears no responsibility for in-person interactions.
Distinction from Event Listings: Community meetups are user-created and described in this section. Curated and sponsored Event Listings published by Froz or its partners are governed separately by Section 16 (Featured Lists, Curated Listings, Sponsored & Partner Content & Event Listings).
6. Location Services, Tracking & Crews
Froz offers optional GPS-based ski/snowboard tracking and crew features.
Ski Tracking:
• Location tracking is disabled by default and requires your explicit consent.
• You control when tracking is active.
• Tracked data is used to record your skiing activity and generate statistics.
Crew Position Streaming:
• If you join a crew and enable position streaming, your real-time location, speed, and heading are visible to other crew members on the map.
• If you grant background location permission, your position may be shared with crew members even when the app is closed.
• Background location requires a separate permission grant on your device.
• You can stop streaming or disable background location at any time.
• Froz is NOT responsible for any consequences of sharing your location with crew members.
Position Accuracy & Reliability:
• Crew member positions displayed in the App may be delayed, stale, or inaccurate due to factors including but not limited to: poor cellular or GPS signal, areas with limited connectivity, device battery state, terrain interference, weather conditions, or server delays.
• A crew member's displayed position may reflect their last known location, which could be minutes or hours old and may not represent where they actually are.
• Froz does NOT guarantee that crew positions are current, accurate, or available at all times. Position updates depend on device connectivity and GPS availability, which can be unreliable in mountain environments.
• Froz is NOT liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or consequences resulting from inaccurate, delayed, stale, or unavailable position data.
NOT A SAFETY OR EMERGENCY TOOL:
• Froz is NOT a safety device, rescue tool, or emergency locator. Do NOT use crew position data to locate someone in an emergency or make safety-critical decisions.
• In any emergency, contact ski patrol or call emergency services (911) immediately. Do not rely on this App.
• Froz is NOT a substitute for communication with your crew. Always establish meeting points and check in with your group directly.
Crew Discovery & Membership:
• Public crews are discoverable by other users. Your crew membership, username, profile picture, and activity stats may be visible to other crew members.
• Other crew members can see whether you are currently on the mountain and at which resort, if you are actively streaming.
• Be aware of your surroundings when using tracking features.
• Froz is not responsible for accidents that occur while using tracking or location features.
Always prioritize your safety over app usage while skiing or snowboarding.
7. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
• Data collection is limited to what's necessary for app functionality.
• You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
• We use analytics to improve the app experience.

8. Content & Intellectual Property
The Froz app, logo, brand, and related content are owned by Froz Technologies LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content (general):
• You retain ownership of content you post (profile pictures, voice memos, posts, comments, ratings, reviews, Mountain DNA tags, live condition reports, problem reports, direct messages, group/crew/meetup messages, and other user-submitted material, collectively "User Content").
• By submitting, uploading, recording, transmitting, or otherwise providing User Content through the App, you grant Froz Technologies LLC and its successors a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, cache, copy, reproduce, transcode, transmit, compress, re-encode, modify (only as necessary for technical compatibility, format conversion, content moderation, abuse-prevention, security analysis, anti-spam, or display formatting), back up, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform the User Content for the purpose of operating, providing, securing, moderating, improving, and promoting the App and the Froz services. This license includes the right to use the User Content in derivative, aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form for the same purposes.
• Voice memos: Voice memo audio is recorded on your device, uploaded to Froz's servers, stored in Google Cloud Storage, transmitted to other users you direct it to (such as members of a direct-message conversation, crew chat, or meetup chat), cached on recipient devices for playback, and retained until you or the relevant account is deleted (see our Privacy Policy, Section 7). Voice memos are NOT end-to-end encrypted; see our Privacy Policy, Section 3, for the operator-access disclosure. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to record, upload, and transmit each voice memo, including (where applicable) the consent of every person whose voice is captured in the recording, in compliance with the wiretap, eavesdropping, and audio-consent laws of your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of all recipients. You bear sole responsibility for compliance with such laws.
• Profile pictures: Profile pictures are screened by automated content moderation (Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch) before they are stored or shown to other users (see our Privacy Policy, Section 15). You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload each profile picture, that the image does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or personality rights, and that you are not impersonating any other person.
• You may delete your User Content at any time, subject to (i) backup copies that may persist for a commercially reasonable period before being overwritten, (ii) anonymized aggregate or de-identified data, (iii) content already shared with or downloaded by other users that is outside Froz's control, and (iv) records Froz is required by law to retain. Some content (such as ratings, reviews, comments, and Mountain DNA tags) is governed by the separate license in Section 14, which expressly survives deletion of your account.
• Froz may remove, hide, demote, refuse to display, or refuse to transmit any User Content, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without notice, and without refund, including (without limitation) when Froz reasonably believes the content violates these Terms, violates applicable law, infringes a third-party right, contains malware or harmful payloads, contributes to abuse or harassment, or impairs the integrity of the App.
• These representations and warranties survive termination of these Terms and deletion of your account.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of any Froz-owned proprietary content, code, algorithms, or trade secrets without Froz's prior written permission. See Section 9 for additional restrictions specific to Froz's proprietary technology (including the Snow Quality Index, the tracking algorithms, and the ranking algorithms).
9. Proprietary Technology & Algorithms
Froz uses proprietary technology:
GPS Tracking:
• Our ski/snowboard tracking system uses proprietary algorithms to calculate speed, elevation, distance, and run statistics.
• Tracking results are provided "as is" and may not be 100% accurate due to GPS limitations, terrain, weather, or device factors.
• Froz is not liable for inaccuracies in tracking data.
Resort Rankings & "Top Resorts" Lists:
• Froz publishes resort rankings, including the "Top Resorts" / "Featured Mountains" global ranked list and any regional, country-specific, or category-specific ranked lists, each based on a proprietary ranking algorithm that aggregates pairwise comparisons and direct ratings submitted by users of the App. The displayed score (e.g., "87.3"), grade, and ordinal position of any resort in any ranked list are derived outputs of this algorithm.
• The ranking is an aggregation of the subjective opinions of Froz users. It is NOT an objective measurement of resort quality, NOT a professional review, NOT a measurement of safety, conditions, terrain, snow quality, lift infrastructure, customer service, or any other characteristic, and NOT a recommendation, endorsement, or representation by Froz that any resort is better or worse than any other resort. Rankings reflect user opinion and are protected as such. Froz does not adopt any user's rating as Froz's own statement of fact.
• Aggregated user opinion is inherently noisy. Rankings can be affected by small sample sizes, regional skew (a resort with many local users may rank differently than its actual reputation suggests), seasonal sentiment, individual user bias, organized review activity (review-bombing, astroturfing, coordinated campaigns), and the limitations of the underlying algorithm. Froz does NOT warrant that any ranking is statistically representative, fair, accurate, or stable. Rankings change as new user submissions arrive.
• Froz reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation, to: adjust the ranking algorithm and its weights; minimum-rating thresholds; regional grouping; visibility rules; and to suspend, exclude, or remove any resort, user, or rating from any ranked list when Froz reasonably believes the rating activity is fraudulent, automated, organized to manipulate rankings, defamatory, or otherwise contrary to these Terms. Such actions are at Froz's discretion and Froz has no obligation to disclose its methodology, thresholds, or anti-abuse measures.
• Inclusion of a resort in a ranked list does NOT imply endorsement of Froz by the resort or the resort's pass operator, partnership between Froz and the resort or the pass operator, or any commercial or contractual relationship.
• Froz is NOT liable for any harm, loss, damages (including reputational, commercial, or competitive harm), claims, or demands arising from the publication, ordinal position, score, grade, omission, or removal of any resort in any ranked list.
• Resorts and pass operators may not demand removal from a ranked list or modification of their score, grade, or position on the basis that the ranking is unflattering, ranks the resort below a competitor, conflicts with the resort's marketing, or competes with a paid placement. Froz will consider in good faith requests to address claims of defamatory user submissions, organized rating manipulation, or unauthorized use of registered trademarks, but assumes no obligation to act within any specific timeframe, or at all.
• Pass-program names (Ikon Pass®, Epic Pass®, Mountain Collective®, Indy Pass®) and resort names, logos, and trade dress shown alongside any ranked list are trademarks of their respective owners. Their inclusion is for descriptive and identification purposes only.
Ranking Integrity & Anti-Manipulation Policy:
The integrity of ranked lists depends on user submissions reflecting genuine, independently formed opinions. The following conduct is **prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms**:
• Creating, operating, or commissioning multiple accounts, automated accounts, "bot" accounts, or sock-puppet accounts to submit ratings or pairwise comparisons.
• Coordinating with others — including employees, contractors, agents, marketing agencies, family members, friends, or bought third parties — to inflate the ranking of a resort or deflate the ranking of a competitor.
• Soliciting, paying, incentivizing, rewarding, threatening, or otherwise inducing any person to submit ratings of a particular tendency.
• Submitting ratings of resorts you have not actually visited and personally formed an opinion about.
• Reverse-engineering, probing, or attempting to predict the ranking algorithm in order to manipulate its outputs.
• Operating any service whose purpose includes the manipulation of Froz's rankings.
Detection and enforcement:
• Froz uses commercially reasonable automated and manual methods to detect rating manipulation, including (without limitation) device fingerprinting, behavioral signals, account-creation patterns, IP-and-network analysis, rating-time-series analysis, and other anti-abuse techniques. Froz does NOT warrant that manipulation will always be detected, prevented, or corrected, and does NOT promise any timeframe for detection or response.
• On detection or reasonable belief of manipulation, Froz may, at its sole discretion and without notice or refund: invalidate or hide the affected ratings; recalculate aggregates with the affected ratings excluded; suspend or terminate the offending account(s); freeze, hide, or remove the affected resort's ranking; flag the resort or user account for ongoing review; and pursue any remedies available under these Terms or applicable law.
• Froz's anti-manipulation actions are taken in good faith to protect the integrity of the ranked lists and are entitled to the protections of 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(2) for good-faith content moderation. Decisions about which content to display, hide, or remove are within Froz's exclusive editorial discretion.
• Reporting: if you believe a resort, user, or third party is engaged in ranking manipulation, you may report it to support@froz-app.com. Reports do not create any obligation to investigate within a specific timeframe, or at all.
Bad-actor responsibility:
• A resort, pass operator, brand, marketing agency, or other person that engages in or authorizes ranking manipulation in violation of this policy is responsible for any third-party claims (including from competing resorts, users, or pass operators) arising out of or related to the manipulated ranking, and is required to indemnify Froz under Section 19. Froz's right to pursue such bad actors is in addition to, not in lieu of, the other remedies available to Froz.
No warranty against third-party manipulation:
• Froz provides ranked lists "AS IS" and does NOT warrant that any list is free of manipulation, fraud, or coordinated abuse. Users and other third parties should treat ranked lists as informational aggregations of user opinion, subject to all the disclaimers in this Section 9 and Section 12. Reliance on a ranked list, including its top entries, is at your own risk. See also Section 17 (Disclaimers) and Section 18 (Limitation of Liability).
Snow Quality Index (SQI):
• Our Snow Quality Index uses proprietary algorithms to score snow conditions based on weather data.
• SQI scores, descriptions, and recommendations are generated algorithmically and are for informational purposes only.
• SQI should not be relied upon for safety decisions. Actual conditions may vary.
Weather Information:
• Weather data is sourced from third-party providers and processed using our own algorithms.
• Weather titles, descriptions, and "best day" recommendations are algorithmic suggestions, not guarantees.
• Froz is NOT responsible for weather forecast accuracy or decisions made based on weather information.
• Always check official resort communications and local conditions before skiing.
Prohibited Activities:
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or algorithms.
• You may not scrape, copy, or extract ranking data, SQI calculations, or tracking data.
• You may not create derivative works based on our proprietary technology.
• You may not use automated tools to interact with our systems.
Violation of this section may result in account termination.
10. Content Moderation & Reporting
We use automated tools to help maintain a safe community.
Automated Content Screening:
• Profile photos are automatically screened for prohibited content (adult, explicit, violent, or inappropriate material) using automated image analysis.
• Content that fails automated screening will be rejected.
Rate Limiting:
• Repeated attempts to upload prohibited content may result in temporary restrictions on your account.
User Reporting:
• Users can report inappropriate content or behavior using in-app tools.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.
• Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
• You violate these Terms of Service.
• You provide false information during registration (including age).
• You engage in harmful, abusive, or illegal behavior.
• Your account poses a security risk.
• We receive valid legal requests requiring account action.
• We discontinue the service (with notice).
Account Deletion by User:
• You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
• You will be asked to confirm deletion by typing your username.
• Account deletion is immediate and permanent. All personal data is deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Chat messages from deleted accounts are anonymized — your name is replaced with "[Deleted User]" to preserve conversation context for other participants.
• Anonymized aggregate data (e.g., resort visit counts) may be retained.
• No email confirmation is sent upon deletion.
Upon termination by Froz, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Leaderboards & Rankings
Froz publishes various leaderboards and rankings within the App, including (without limitation) user activity leaderboards (resorts visited, runs, vertical feet, distance, max speed) and resort/mountain ranked lists ("Top Resorts," "Featured Mountains," and regional or category-specific ranked lists). All rankings are for entertainment, community engagement, and informational purposes only.
• User-activity leaderboards are determined by app activity (check-ins, resorts visited, runs tracked, etc.). Resort ranked lists are determined by aggregated user-submitted ratings and pairwise comparisons processed by Froz's proprietary algorithm. See Section 9 for details on the resort-ranking algorithm and its disclaimers.
• Froz reserves the right to adjust ranking algorithms, sample-size thresholds, regional grouping, weighting, and presentation at any time, without notice and without obligation to explain the change.
• Froz reserves the right (but is not obligated) to investigate, suspend, exclude, or remove any user, account, or rating activity that Froz reasonably believes is fraudulent, automated, coordinated to manipulate rankings, or otherwise contrary to these Terms.
• Froz is NOT liable for any disputes, harms, losses, claims, or demands arising from the publication, ordinal position, score, omission, removal, or methodology of any leaderboard or ranking, including any commercial, competitive, or reputational harm to a resort, pass operator, brand, or user.
• Attempting to manipulate any ranking — whether through fake accounts, automated submissions, coordinated rating campaigns, bribery of users, or any other means — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, removal of submitted ratings, and exclusion from future rankings.
Tracking Integrity & Leaderboard Result Removal:
• The integrity of user-activity leaderboards depends on submitted activity reflecting genuine, on-mountain, in-person skiing or snowboarding by the account holder. The following activity is NOT eligible for leaderboard placement, regardless of whether GPS coordinates fall within a resort boundary: travel by motor vehicle, snowmobile, e-bike, ATV, or any other powered or motorized conveyance through or across a resort area; travel as a passenger; activity conducted off-piste in a manner inconsistent with skiing or snowboarding; activity that began or ended outside the resort boundary; activity generated by GPS spoofing, "mock-location" apps, modified or rooted operating systems, emulators, or any other tool that misrepresents your physical position, speed, altitude, or motion; activity generated by automated, scripted, or bot-driven means; activity generated under another person's account; or activity submitted in violation of these Terms.
• Detection: Froz uses commercially reasonable automated and manual methods to identify ineligible activity, including (without limitation) speed-profile analysis, motion-classification signals from device sensors, GPS-trace plausibility checks, lift-detection consistency, resort-boundary entry/exit timing, device-integrity signals, account-history patterns, and report-driven review. Froz does NOT warrant that ineligible activity will always be detected, prevented, or removed, and does NOT promise any timeframe for detection or response.
• Remedy — leaderboard exclusion: On detection or reasonable belief that any session, run, speed record, vertical-feet total, distance figure, resort-visited count, or other activity result is ineligible under this section, Froz may, at its sole discretion and without notice, refund, explanation, or right of appeal: exclude the affected session or activity result from any and all leaderboards and ranked lists; recalculate any aggregate statistic, ranking, badge, achievement, or seasonal/lifetime stat with the excluded activity omitted; refuse to display the excluded activity on your public profile, in feeds, or in search results; and flag the account for ongoing integrity review.
• Your private session history is not removed: Excluding an activity result from a leaderboard does NOT remove the session from your private session history. You may continue to view your own session in the App for your own records. Froz reserves the right to mark the session in your private history as "Excluded from Leaderboards" or with similar language, but is not obligated to do so.
• Repeat or egregious violations: Repeated submission of ineligible activity, intentional GPS spoofing, use of mock-location apps, account-sharing for leaderboard purposes, or other bad-faith conduct under this section is a material breach of these Terms and may, in addition to the leaderboard remedies above, result in suspension or termination of your account under Section 11, forfeiture of accrued seasonal or lifetime achievements, and exclusion from future leaderboards and competitions.
• Methodology not disclosed: Froz is not obligated to disclose its detection methodology, signals, thresholds, model parameters, training data, or anti-abuse measures, and may modify them at any time without notice. Disclosure of any portion of the detection system in response to a user inquiry does not waive Froz's right to keep the remainder confidential.
• No private right of action: Decisions about leaderboard eligibility, exclusion, and remediation are within Froz's exclusive editorial discretion and are entitled to the protections of 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(2) for good-faith content moderation. Resorts, users, brands, and other third parties may not require Froz to display, exclude, or modify any leaderboard entry, and Froz has no obligation to investigate any specific complaint within any specific timeframe, or at all.
• "AS IS" leaderboards: Leaderboards are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Froz does NOT warrant that any leaderboard is free of ineligible activity, that any record reflects only genuine on-mountain performance, that any user's placement is fair, accurate, or stable, or that detection is complete. Reliance on a leaderboard, including its top entries, is at your own risk. See also Section 17 (Disclaimers) and Section 18 (Limitation of Liability).
13. Live Reports & Community Content
Froz features community-driven live reports where users share real-time conditions at resorts.
Submitting Live Reports:
• Live reports reflect your personal observations at the time of submission.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of your reports.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or malicious reports.
• Reports may be upvoted or downvoted by the community.
Disclaimers:
• Live reports are user-generated and NOT verified by Froz.
• Conditions can change rapidly - reports may be outdated.
• Never rely solely on live reports for safety decisions.
• Froz is NOT liable for decisions made based on live reports.
Froz may remove reports that violate these Terms. Repeated submission of false reports may result in account termination.
14. User-Submitted Content: Ratings, Reviews, Comments & Mountain DNA
Froz allows users to rate and review ski resorts/mountains, post comments, and contribute to Mountain DNA tags. By submitting content, you agree:
User Responsibility:
• Your ratings, reviews, and comments represent your personal opinions and experiences.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your submissions.
• You will not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious content.
• You will not accept compensation to influence your ratings, comments, or tags.
• You will not submit ratings that you have not personally formed (no rating-bot, no copy-pasted opinions, no rating mountains you have not skied).
• You will not coordinate with others to artificially inflate or deflate any resort's ranking.
Resort Comments:
• Comments are public and visible to all users.
• Do not post spam, harassment, illegal content, or personal attacks.
• Froz may remove comments that violate these Terms.
Mountain DNA (Community Tags):
• Mountain DNA tags are community-driven and represent aggregated user opinions.
• Tags are subjective and Froz does NOT verify or guarantee their accuracy.
• NEVER rely on Mountain DNA tags for safety decisions or skill-level assessments.
• Froz is NOT liable for injuries or accidents resulting from reliance on Mountain DNA tags.
Aggregation into Global Rankings:
• Your ratings and pairwise resort comparisons are aggregated, together with submissions from other users, into Froz's proprietary "Top Resorts" / "Featured Mountains" global ranked list and any regional or category-specific ranked lists. The displayed score and ordinal position of any resort in any ranked list are derived outputs of this aggregation. See Sections 9 and 12 for the disclaimers governing those rankings.
• Aggregation is irrevocable in the sense that historical aggregate values are not retracted when an individual user later edits or deletes a rating; instead, the underlying data is updated and the next aggregate refresh reflects the change.
Froz's Role:
• Froz does NOT endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content.
• Froz is a neutral platform for user opinions and is entitled to rely, where applicable, on Section 230 of the U.S. Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230) and analogous protections in other jurisdictions for content submitted by third parties.
• Froz reserves the right (but is not obligated) to remove, edit, or refuse to display any user-submitted content at its sole discretion, without notice and without explanation.
By submitting a rating, review, comment, pairwise comparison, or tag, you grant Froz a perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and aggregation), display, distribute, and create derivative works from your submission for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the App, including incorporation into proprietary aggregate rankings, statistics, and analytics. This license survives any later deletion of your submission with respect to aggregate values that have already been computed.
15. Resort Information & Data Accuracy
Froz displays informational metadata for ski and snowboard resorts ("Resort Information") in the App. This Section governs Froz's liability for that data.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT LIMITS THE LIABILITY OF FROZ FOR ANY INACCURACY IN RESORT INFORMATION AND ALLOCATES RISK TO YOU.
A. Categories of Resort Information.
Resort Information includes, without limitation: resort name; address; geographic coordinates; mountain range; country, state/province, and region; nearest airport and nearest city; year established or year opened; summit, base, and vertical-drop elevation; total trails; total lifts; skiable acres; longest run; presence or absence of amenities (including night skiing, cat skiing, heli skiing, nordic trails, tubing, and other amenity flags); season pass affiliations (including, without limitation, Ikon Pass, Epic Pass, Mountain Collective, Indy Pass, and other multi-resort pass programs); websites and external links; emergency or general contact information; trail maps and similar imagery; ratings, rankings, and inferences derived from user activity; weather summaries and Snow Quality Index (SQI) scores; and any other resort-specific metadata field displayed in the App.
B. Sources and "AS IS" Disclaimer.
• Resort Information is compiled by Froz from public sources, third-party databases, resort websites, tourism boards, news coverage, and similar publicly available materials. Froz does not have a contract with most resorts and does not receive resort information directly from most resorts.
• Resort Information is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Froz makes NO representations or warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — about the accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, lawfulness, suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of any Resort Information. All implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement are expressly disclaimed.
• Resort Information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, mislabeled, or different from current resort conditions. Resort metadata changes seasonally and from year to year. Specifically, and without limitation: trail and lift counts may differ from current operations; advertised vertical drop or elevation may use a different measurement methodology; skiable acreage may be marketing-derived and not skiable in any given conditions; amenities may have been added, removed, or seasonally suspended; pass affiliations may have lapsed, changed, been added, or been negotiated under terms different from those displayed; addresses, phone numbers, and websites may have changed; geographic coordinates may be approximate.
C. Pass Affiliations and Third-Party Marks.
• Pass affiliations (such as Ikon Pass, Epic Pass, Mountain Collective, and Indy Pass) are displayed for general informational purposes based on publicly announced partnerships at the time of compilation. They are not commercial endorsements and are subject to change at the discretion of the pass operator and the resort.
• Pass operators frequently change resort partner lists, blackout dates, and access tiers. The pass affiliation displayed may not reflect the current commercial relationship.
• Ikon Pass®, Epic Pass®, Mountain Collective®, Indy Pass®, and similar pass-program names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their inclusion in a resort listing does not imply that the pass operator has endorsed Froz, has authorized the listing, or has any commercial or contractual relationship with Froz.
• You should NOT make any pass-purchase, season-pass-renewal, or travel decision based on a pass affiliation displayed in the App. ALWAYS verify pass coverage and benefits directly with the pass operator's official website before purchasing or relying on a pass.
D. No Endorsement; No Affiliation.
• The display of a resort, its name, its logo, its trail map, or any other Resort Information in the App does not imply that the resort has endorsed Froz, sponsored Froz, partnered with Froz, authorized the listing, or has any commercial relationship with Froz, unless expressly stated as a Partner Listing under Section 16.
• All resort names, logos, brand elements, and registered or unregistered trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion in the App is for descriptive and identification purposes only, in reliance on nominative fair-use principles. Froz claims no rights in those marks and does not authorize any user or third party to do so on Froz's behalf.
E. Travel and Purchase Decisions Are At Your Risk.
• Resort Information is informational only. It is not a recommendation, a guarantee, professional advice, financial advice, travel advice, or any other form of advice.
• ALWAYS verify Resort Information directly with the resort and the relevant pass operator before making any travel plan, booking, lift-ticket purchase, season-pass purchase, equipment purchase, or other reliance-based decision.
• Froz is NOT liable for any expense, loss, inconvenience, missed connection, missed reservation, non-refundable booking, or any other harm arising from your reliance on Resort Information, including without limitation reliance on inaccurate elevation, vertical drop, trail count, lift count, acreage, amenity availability, pass affiliation, contact information, address, or any other displayed field.
F. No Correction Obligation or Timeline.
• Froz reserves the right (but is not obligated) to correct, update, supplement, or remove any Resort Information at its sole discretion. Froz makes no commitment to correct any inaccuracy within any specific period of time, or at all.
• The presence of a resort listing in the App does not represent that Froz is monitoring it for changes. Resort metadata is generally compiled in periodic refreshes; field-level data may be months or years old.
G. For Resorts and Pass Operators.
• If you represent a resort, pass operator, or other entity displayed in the App and wish to correct, update, or remove Resort Information about your entity, contact support@froz-app.com. Submitting a request does not obligate Froz to comply within any particular timeframe, or at all.
• Resorts and pass operators may not demand removal from Froz's resort directory on the basis that the listing is unflattering, contains accurate but unwelcome information, ranks the resort or pass below a competitor, or competes with a paid placement. Froz will consider in good faith requests to correct factually incorrect data, remove unauthorized use of registered trademarks, or address claims of defamation.
H. Acknowledgment.
By accessing, viewing, or relying on any Resort Information in the App, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the disclaimers, limitations, and risk allocations set forth in this Section 15, and that they apply with full force regardless of how the Resort Information is presented within the App.
16. Featured Lists, Curated Listings, Sponsored & Partner Content & Event Listings
Froz publishes informational listings of third-party resorts, gear, après spots, events, and other skiing/snowboarding-related content (each a "Listing," collectively the "Listings"). The terms below apply to all Listings, with additional event-specific terms below. By accessing any Listing through the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT LIMITS THE LIABILITY OF FROZ AND ALLOCATES RISK BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD PARTIES.
A. Two Categories of Listings.
Curated / Editorial Listings: Listings selected, written, or compiled by Froz based on Froz's own editorial judgment, public sources, third-party databases, and historical patterns. The featured entity has no role in producing the Listing and may not be aware of it.
Partner / Sponsored Listings: Listings that have been submitted, populated, or paid for by a third party — including but not limited to event organizers, brands, retailers, businesses, venues, promoters, ticket sellers, and other commercial entities (each a "Partner"). Partner Listings are clearly indicated with a "Sponsored," "Partner," or similar label, or are uploaded through the partner-dashboard upload flow.
B. Curated / Editorial Listings — Provided "AS IS."
• Curated Listings reflect Froz's opinions, editorial choices, and best-effort information at the time of publication. They are NOT professional advice, financial advice, travel advice, or any other form of advice.
• Curated Listings may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Information including but not limited to dates, times, locations, prices, edition numbers, schedules, organizers, lineups, ticket availability, addresses, contact information, descriptions, ratings, and rankings may be incorrect or change without notice.
• Inclusion in a curated Listing does NOT imply endorsement of Froz by the featured entity, partnership between Froz and the featured entity, or any warranty or guarantee by Froz of any kind.
• Froz makes NO representations or warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, suitability, availability, legality, or safety of any curated Listing. All implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement are expressly disclaimed.
• Froz operates curated Listings as a free informational service. Froz does not charge users for access to curated Listings.
C. Partner / Sponsored Listings — Provided By Third Parties.
• Partner Listings are provided by the Partner. The Partner is solely responsible for the content of its Listing, including its accuracy, lawfulness, and compliance with these Terms.
• Froz does NOT independently verify, vet, audit, fact-check, or endorse Partner Listings, even when accepted for display in the App. Display of a Partner Listing does not constitute review, approval, certification, recommendation, or endorsement by Froz.
• Partners are independent third parties. Nothing in the App creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between Froz and any Partner, or between Froz and any user with respect to a Partner Listing.
• Froz may receive monetary or non-monetary consideration from Partners for accepting or displaying Partner Listings.
• Froz reserves the right (but accepts no obligation) to refuse, edit, suspend, modify, or remove any Partner Listing at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice.
D. Event Listings — Additional Disclaimers.
Event Listings include, without limitation, festivals, competitions, races, demos, pop-ups, après events, after-parties, charity events, clinics, screenings, concerts, parades, opening-day events, and any other dated activity displayed in the App's events feature, regardless of whether the Listing is curated, partner-submitted, or sponsored.
The following apply to all Event Listings, in addition to subsections B and C above:
• Froz Is NOT the Event Organizer. Froz does not host, organize, operate, produce, manage, sponsor (in the legal sense), supervise, control, or attend any event displayed in the App. The event organizer named in the Listing — or any person other than Froz responsible for the event in the absence of a named organizer — is the sole party responsible for the event's planning, conduct, safety, content, scheduling, programming, capacity, security, ticketing, refunds, and customer service.
• Listings May Change Without Notice. Events may be cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, sold out, oversold, relocated, downsized, expanded, renamed, restricted, made invitation-only, or fundamentally altered without notice to Froz or to you. Edition numbers, anniversary claims, and historical references in Listings may be inaccurate. Listings are based on information available at the time of publication and may not reflect the current state of the event.
• Projected and Estimated Dates. Some Event Listings include projected, estimated, or anticipated dates and times where the organizer has not officially announced the event. Such projections are based on historical patterns and Froz's editorial judgment. They are NOT confirmations and may differ materially from actual event dates.
• No Verification of Event Identity, Affiliation, or Lineup. Froz does NOT verify any organizer's identity, claimed affiliations, sponsorships, performer or athlete lineups, partnership representations, prize purses, broadcast arrangements, ratings, certifications, edition numbers, or anniversary claims.
• Froz Is NOT a Ticket Seller. Froz does not sell, issue, distribute, broker, deliver, refund, exchange, or honor tickets, passes, registrations, reservations, or admissions of any kind for any event. Any "ticket link," "registration link," "purchase link," website URL, or similar reference in a Listing is a convenience link to a third-party site operated by the organizer, the official ticket vendor, or another independent third party. Froz does not control any third-party site, payment processor, or ticketing platform and is not a party to any transaction conducted through such a site.
• All Event Transactions Are Between You and the Third Party. If you purchase a ticket, register, reserve, place a deposit, pay a fee, donate, or transact in any way for an event, that transaction is solely between you and the organizer, ticket vendor, or other third party. Froz receives no payment, holds no funds, and accepts no fiduciary or transactional responsibility.
• No Refunds, Compensation, or Make-Goods From Froz. Froz does NOT refund, reimburse, compensate, credit, or make whole any user for any expense, loss, or harm related to any event, including (without limitation): tickets purchased; travel, lodging, transportation, parking, lift tickets, equipment rentals, or food booked or paid for; missed events due to inaccurate Listings; cancelled, postponed, oversold, or unsatisfactory events; injuries, accidents, illness, theft, or property damage at or in transit to or from events; weather; or any consequential, indirect, or incidental loss. Refund, cancellation, and compensation disputes must be resolved directly with the organizer or seller.
• No Correction Obligation or Timeline. Froz reserves the right (but is not obligated) to correct, update, supplement, or remove any Listing at its sole discretion. Froz makes no commitment to correct any inaccuracy within any specific period of time, or at all. The presence of a Listing in the App does not represent that Froz is monitoring it for changes. You should always verify all Listing details with the organizer's official sources before relying on them.
• Travel, Lodging & Related Plans. You are solely responsible for any travel, lodging, transportation, equipment, lift tickets, time off work, or other arrangements you make in reliance on a Listing. Froz strongly recommends confirming all event details directly with the organizer before booking any non-refundable arrangements. Froz disclaims all liability for any expenses, losses, or damages — including non-refundable bookings — arising from changes, cancellations, or inaccuracies in any Listing.
• Assumption of Risk for Attendance. Attendance at any event is at your sole and exclusive risk. You assume all risks associated with attending, including without limitation: the conduct of organizers, performers, athletes, sponsors, vendors, security personnel, and other attendees; injuries, illness, or accidents; weather, terrain, altitude, and other environmental conditions; theft or property damage; missed connections; and any consequence of an event being cancelled, oversold, postponed, or otherwise altered.
E. Trademarks; Intellectual Property; Public Information.
All product names, logos, brands, organizer names, sponsor names, venue names, and trademarks displayed in any Listing are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement of, partnership with, or affiliation with Froz unless expressly stated. Curated Listings may incorporate information drawn from publicly available sources, including organizer websites, news coverage, public calendars, and tourism boards.
F. For Businesses, Brands, and Event Organizers.
• If you represent a business, brand, venue, or event organizer and wish to be featured as a Partner, dispute information in a Listing, request a correction, or request removal, contact support@froz-app.com. Submitting a request does not obligate Froz to comply within any particular timeframe, or at all.
• Businesses, brands, venues, and event organizers may not demand removal from a curated, editorial Listing on the basis that the Listing is unflattering, contains true but unwelcome information, or competes with a sponsored placement. Removal of defamatory, unlawful, or factually unsupportable content will be considered in good faith.
• Submission of a Partner Listing constitutes the Partner's representation and warranty that the Partner has the right to submit the content; that the content is accurate and not misleading; that the Partner controls or is authorized to act on behalf of the entity organizing the event; and that the Partner indemnifies and holds harmless Froz Technologies LLC, its members, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against all claims, demands, damages, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to the Partner Listing or the underlying event.
G. Acknowledgment.
By accessing, viewing, clicking through, or relying on any Listing — including any Event Listing — you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the disclaimers, limitations, and risk allocations set forth in this Section 16, and that they apply with full force regardless of how the Listing is presented within the App.
17. Disclaimers
FROZ IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FROZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, currency, or availability of any content displayed in the App, including but not limited to resort information, weather data, snow conditions, rankings, leaderboards, user-submitted content, ratings, reviews, comments, Mountain DNA tags, live reports, featured lists, sponsored content, partner-submitted content, and Event Listings.
• Event Listings, ticket links, organizer information, dates, prices, and lineups are provided for informational convenience and may be incorrect, outdated, or change without notice. See Section 16.
• Third parties — including event organizers, ticket vendors, partners, sponsors, businesses, and brands — are independent of Froz. We do not control them, endorse them, or vouch for them. Their actions, errors, omissions, cancellations, refund decisions, customer service, and content are entirely their own responsibility.
• We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, or damages during skiing, snowboarding, attending events, or related activities.
• We are not responsible for the actions of other users, organizers, sponsors, or partners.
• App features and content may change, be added, or be removed without notice.
YOU USE FROZ AT YOUR OWN RISK.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
• Froz Technologies LLC and its members, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and affiliates (collectively, the "Froz Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or use, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Froz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The Froz Parties are not liable for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
• The Froz Parties are not liable for any injuries, illness, or damages from skiing, snowboarding, attending events, or related activities.
• The Froz Parties are not liable for the actions, omissions, conduct, errors, cancellations, refund decisions, no-shows, performance, or content of any third party — including users, event organizers, ticket vendors, partners, sponsors, performers, athletes, venues, businesses, brands, weather data providers, mapping providers, or other service providers — whether or not such third party is featured, listed, linked, or referenced in the App.
• The Froz Parties are not liable for any inaccuracy, omission, outdated content, error, change, or non-availability in any Listing (curated, editorial, partner, or sponsored), including but not limited to Event Listings, regardless of when the inaccuracy was introduced or how long it persists. See Section 16.
• The Froz Parties are not liable for any non-refundable expense — including tickets, travel, lodging, transportation, equipment, lift tickets, or time off work — incurred in reliance on any Listing.
• The Froz Parties are not liable for actions of other users, including at meetups.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Froz, regardless of the form of action or theory of liability, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid (if any) to Froz Technologies LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Multiple claims do not enlarge this cap.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including but not limited to liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct on the part of Froz, where such limitations are not permitted by mandatory law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Froz Technologies LLC, its members, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates (the "Froz Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation costs) arising out of or relating to:
• Your use of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
• Content you post, upload, share, or transmit through the App.
• Your participation in meetups or interactions with other users.
• Your attendance at, transactions with, or reliance on any event, organizer, ticket vendor, partner, sponsor, business, or brand referenced in any Listing.
Partner Indemnification. If you submit a Partner / Sponsored Listing (including any Event Listing) to the App, you additionally agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Froz Parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or relating to: (a) the Listing's content, accuracy, lawfulness, or compliance with these Terms; (b) the underlying event, product, or service; (c) the conduct of attendees, ticket purchasers, or other third parties at or in connection with the underlying event; (d) any failure to deliver the event or service as advertised; (e) any refund, cancellation, payment, or transactional dispute with users; (f) any infringement of third-party rights (including the rights of co-organizers, sponsors, performers, venues, or trademark owners) arising from the Listing.
Ranking-Manipulation Indemnification. If you (a) are a resort, pass operator, marketing agency, brand, or other commercial entity, or any person acting on behalf of such an entity, and (b) engage in, authorize, direct, fund, encourage, or fail to take reasonable steps to prevent conduct that violates the Ranking Integrity & Anti-Manipulation Policy in Section 9 (including without limitation operating bot accounts, sock-puppet accounts, paid-rating campaigns, employee-rating campaigns, or coordinated rating activity intended to inflate or deflate any ranking), you additionally agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Froz Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by, on behalf of, or relating to: any user; any other resort or pass operator; any pass-program operator; any state or federal regulator; any consumer-protection authority; or any other third party, in each case arising out of or relating to the manipulation, the resulting ranking, or its publication. This indemnification obligation is not affected by, and does not require, any prior finding of liability against you in any forum, and applies in addition to any other remedies available to Froz under these Terms or applicable law.
Froz reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Froz in asserting any available defenses.
20. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
For United States Users:
You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Froz will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
• Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• Arbitration will take place in New Jersey, USA, or remotely.
• Each party bears their own costs, with arbitration fees split equally.
• The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER (U.S. Users): You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@froz-app.com within 30 days of creating your account.
For Canadian Users:
This arbitration clause applies to the extent permitted by applicable Canadian law. Provincial consumer protection legislation may provide you with additional rights that cannot be waived.
• In provinces where consumer protection laws prohibit mandatory arbitration (such as Quebec), you retain the right to bring claims in court.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
For EU/EEA, UK, Brazil, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and India Users:
This arbitration clause applies only to the extent permitted by the laws of your country of residence. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction prohibit binding arbitration, you retain the right to bring claims in your local courts. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
21. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
• The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes.
• Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
• If you disagree with changes, you should stop using Froz and delete your account.
22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For United States Users:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For Canadian Users:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, except where superseded by mandatory provincial consumer protection laws. If you reside in Quebec, the laws of Quebec apply to the extent required by Quebec consumer protection legislation.
• You may bring proceedings in the courts of your province of residence.
• Mandatory consumer protection laws of your province of residence will apply to the extent they provide greater protection than these Terms.
23. Canadian Users
This section applies to users accessing Froz from Canada.
Minimum Age: Users in Canada must be at least 13 years old to use Froz.
Consumer Protection: These Terms are subject to applicable Canadian federal and provincial consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or modify rights you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot be modified by agreement.
Language: You have expressly requested that these Terms and all related documents be drawn up in English. Vous avez expressément demandé que ces conditions et tous les documents connexes soient rédigés en anglais.
Privacy: Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
Electronic Communications: By using Froz, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw consent at any time.
Complaints: Canadian users may file complaints regarding privacy matters with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (www.priv.gc.ca) or with their provincial privacy commissioner.
24. EU/EEA Users
This section applies to users accessing Froz from the European Union or European Economic Area.
Consumer Protection: The mandatory arbitration clause in Section 20 does NOT apply to EU/EEA residents. Mandatory arbitration is prohibited under EU Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair terms in consumer contracts.
Jurisdiction: EU/EEA consumers may bring claims in the courts of their country of residence.
Limitation of Liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or willful misconduct. Mandatory local consumer protection laws of your country apply where they provide greater protection than these Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory EU consumer protection law.

By creating an account and using Froz, you consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that you waive the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
25. United Kingdom Users
This section applies to users accessing Froz from the United Kingdom.
Consumer Rights: The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to your use of Froz. The mandatory arbitration clause in Section 20 does not apply to UK consumers.
Jurisdiction: UK courts have jurisdiction for UK residents.
Complaints: For data protection matters, you may file a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
26. Brazil Users
This section applies to users accessing Froz from Brazil.
Consumer Protection: The Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC) applies to your use of Froz. Mandatory arbitration may be unenforceable for Brazilian consumers under the CDC.
Minimum Age: Users in Brazil must be at least 14 years old to use Froz.
Privacy: Your data is processed in accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). See our Privacy Policy for details on your LGPD rights.
Jurisdiction: Brazilian courts have jurisdiction for Brazilian consumers.
27. South Korea Users
This section applies to users accessing Froz from South Korea.
Minimum Age: Users in South Korea must be at least 14 years old to use Froz.
Privacy: Your data is processed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Jurisdiction: Korean courts have jurisdiction for Korean consumers.
28. India Users
Users in India must be at least 13 years old to use Froz. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) imposes additional requirements (including verifiable parental or guardian consent) for the processing of personal data of children (under 18 in India) and persons with disabilities who have a lawful guardian. Where these requirements apply, we comply or decline to process such data.

Takedown Request Requirements (17 U.S.C. § 512):
Your notice must include:
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient information for us to locate it.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification:
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the designated agent above with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringer Policy:
Froz will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
30. Export Control
You may not use Froz if you are located in, or a resident of, a country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions). You represent that you are not on any U.S. government restricted parties list.
31. Force Majeure
Froz is not liable for any failure or delay in performance, or for any inaccuracy or removal of any Listing, due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) natural disasters; severe weather; avalanches; pandemics; epidemics; public-health emergencies; war; terrorism; civil unrest; strikes; labor disputes; government actions or restrictions; cyberattacks; service outages of third-party providers (including cloud, weather, mapping, or messaging providers); internet or telecommunications failures; cancellations, postponements, or modifications of third-party events by their organizers; or any other force majeure event. Force majeure events that affect a third-party event organizer, ticket vendor, sponsor, or partner do not give rise to any liability of Froz.
32. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Froz Technologies LLC regarding your use of the App.
These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings. Any failure by Froz Technologies LLC to enforce a right or provision does not waive that right.
