Card on file via Stripe. We authorize when you submit an event and capture only when an operator approves — a rejected event never charges your card.

Review the refund policy
Full refund before your placement goes live, then prorated for the time not yet delivered, and nothing once the run ends. Cancel from the dashboard and refunds are automatic.
