Upload your logo + hero image

A 400×400 logo and one 16:9 hero image for the first event. Everything renders on mobile with your brand colors.

Confirm your contact + support emails

Pre-filled from your application. Update if you want approvals or support replies routed elsewhere.

Set your payment method

Card on file via Stripe. We authorize when you submit an event and capture only when an operator approves — a rejected event never charges your card.

Review the refund policy

Full refund up to 48 hours before event start. After that, case-by-case. You can cancel from the dashboard and we process refunds automatically.

Submit your first event

Resort, dates, description, one hero image, contact email. Operator reviews within 1 business day.
